Terms of Services:
I reserve the right to deny any commission requests if I feel I am unable to complete them, uncomfortable with the content, or otherwise justifiable reason.

I will NOT draw: Any Loli/Shota (underage) character archetypes in NSFW scenarios or compromising positions. Any "Furry Art" that represents a real animal in NSFW scenarios or compromising positions. (Fursonas OK!) Heavy Mecha. Any kind of gore that involved abuse of a character, self harm, suicide, or gross imagery. Blood is okay in most scenarios. Please contact me for further clarification if needed.TOS is subject to change or update. Parties affected will be notified if there is a change within an exchange date.

  • My art is not to be used for any NFT “non-fungible token” purposes and is not up for reselling or redistributing.

  • My art is not to be used for any AI purposes, including references.

  • Commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE.Payment will have an upfront cost of 50%. The other half will be required at the completion of commission, before the final piece is sent (Unwatermarked). If satisfied with the work, payment will be due immediately.

  • Failure to provide payment will result in a ban from further exchange of services and goods.

  • NSFW art can only be purchased from a legal adult. To purchase NSFW art you must provide proper identification to prove your age. I am not responsible for fraudulent identifications.

  • Using my work in Commercial Projects: Please email me for specific rates involving commercial projects. My work is not to be used for commercial projects without a written and agreed upon contract.

  • A time frame will be provided for you before payment is required, in the case of time restraints.Please allow up to three days for me to return your request for a commission. While it usually does not take me this long at all, in the case of being unavailable, please allow me time to get back to you.

  • Your commissions may be showcased in live stream. If you do not want your purchase to be seen by a live audience in progress, please specify this when purchasing.

  • Please provide proper accreditation to my social media platforms when sharing your purchase. This helps me continue my work and bring more exciting things to you!

  • Please provide clear and consistent examples of what you are looking for in your commission. The more examples you can provide, the better. If you cannot provide a clear example, I reserve the right to deny your commission or require an upcharge for character design.

  • Commissions are allowed three adjustments in the sketch phase and two adjustments in the coloring phase. Every adjustment after will have an extra charge of $5, to be tallied at the final payment. A warning will be sent for every adjustment before doing it. Small adjustments may be waved depending on complexity.

  • Commissions may take from 2 weeks up to 2 months depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece. Please time accordingly.
